Chances are, someone on your holiday shopping list is the type of person who loves to eat. And if you’re looking for ways to tick both gifts and local business support off your holiday to-do list, Holiday Tasting Boxes Chew on these tasty tours will do just fine.

Chew On This isn’t just a small, local business, but its mandate is to support small, local businesses – and in this case, those businesses are all about food. The goal is to create boxes that help you learn about BC-based food producers, which is an absolutely delicious prospect.

Holiday Tasting Boxes come in three options, Nibble, Graze, and Feast, designed to meet a range of appetites and prices.

The boxes are filled with long-lasting sweet and savory treats, all from producers in British Columbia, and a way to enjoy a future hands-on tasting experience; each box comes with a coupon to use to save on the year-round Chew On This bread and butter offering: their intimate tours spotlighting multiple communities in Metro Vancouver. These tours offer tasting stops at area restaurants, bakeries, and shops, making them a fun and interactive way to get out and find out what is tasty about the area. Tours can take you on a trip along the “Spice Trail” in South Surrey, show you local food and amazing wall paintings in Abbotsford, or have you grab a bite of the best of charming Fort Langley.

Plus, since the cans can’t hold alcohol, you’ll find another way out and grab a sip instead, thanks to the inclusion of cards you’ll redeem at local beer bars, wine or cider in Metro Vancouver.
